Three Thursdays per month: 9:30 am - 8pm
Two Saturdays per month: 1 pm - 5pm
Learn basic tea procedures for entry and intermediate levels.

One Friday per month: 10am - 1:30 pm
Advanced level of study. Proper kyojo are needed.
Shichiji-shiki Class
One Sunday per month: 10am -1:30 pm
Kaiseki-lab (TBA)
Learn basic structure of chaji, a formal tea gathering, as well as cha kaiseki meal planning, cooking, and serving.
Chaji Class (tBA)
Experience a whole chaji in a friendly learning environment. Students are divided into a host team, a kitchen team and guests in order to learn each aspect of formal tea gathering.
