Kimono Challenge Day 21
It has been three weeks since I started 100 Days Kimono Challenge! I noticed that many wear light blue (including me) in summer, so I chose this pink/purple summer kimomo to lift my sprit today :-) ほぼ日着物チャレンジも３週間経ちました。３週間続けると（途中２日は洋服だったけど）、大体のことが習慣になってきます。着物を着る精神的なプレッシャーはありませんが、なるべく時間をかけ過ぎずに綺麗に着られるよう、とにかく数をこなす事が大事ですね。楽しみながら。

I this Kimono with dragon fly! 頂き物の蜻蛉の模様が入っている着物。薄ピング／紫のぼかしの帯を合わせました。どちらもお気に入り。（だけど、かなり年季が入ってきました）
Kimono Challenge Day 19
Zoom tea teaching today after 4 months. So nice to see all :-). 今日は４ヶ月ぶりのオンラインの点前稽古。皆さん、制約がある中でも色々工夫してお茶を点てて下さいました。楽しかった。
I’ve had this bright blue summer obi for loooong time (at least 15 years) and wore for the first time :-) 色が濃過ぎるかと思ってずっと締めていなかった夏帯。１５年ぐらい箪笥で眠ってました。

苧環 odamaki (columbine), ノコギリソウ nokogiri-sou (yarrow), チョコレートコスモス chocolate cosmos , 紫苑 shion (aster), 岡虎の尾 oka tora no o (tiger's tail), and 羽毛草 umou-gusa (feather grass) in 宗全籠 Sozen Kago.
Kimono Callenge Days 16-18
I realized that I need to take a break from wearing kimono once a week and decided that Friday is a kimono-free Day. As last week, I was very tired from a long distance training on Friday. I also discovered that kimono is actually comfortable to wear especially a casual cotton yukata. There are lots of spaces in a lower body. So, it is better to wear (a little bit) tight jeans once a week in order to not be too comfortable :-)
暑さの中（と言っても２２℃ぐらい）、長距離を走った後は疲れているので、金曜日は洋服で過ごすことにしました。それに週１ぐらいでジーンズをはいてお腹／太ももあたりをチェックしないと。着物は窮屈そうですが、下半身は意外とゆったりしているので気をつけないとルースになってしまうことを発見！
土曜日はお昼前後にフラメンコのオンラインレッスンがあるので、午後から浴衣。来年は新しい半幅帯があるといいなぁ。
日曜日も午前中は走りに行ったので午後から着物。このグレーの着物はいただきもので素材がよくわからず。綿麻のような感じかな。袖もちょっと短く長襦袢が見えてしまうので、長襦袢なしで。帯も帯枕を使わない銀座結びにしてみました。

Online Tea Class starts after 4 months of break! It was so nice to see my teacher and fellow students on the day of Tanabata (七夕）. ４ヶ月ぶりのお茶のお稽古。オンラインでの稽古でしたが、久しぶり師匠や茶友と一緒にお稽古ができて嬉しかったです。

Kimono Challenge Days 9~11
I was very tired after running 18 miles and could not wear kimono on Friday (Day 9). However, it was nice to wear yukata, casual cotton kimono, following days (weekend).
Kppougi, 割烹着, old-fashioned apron for kimono. I love this!
Kimono Challenge Day 8
On our 4th wedding anniversary :-) この日は茶道の座学があって、結婚記念日でした。今年の夏用に誂えた着物。色がとても気に入っています。お手入れも簡単〜。
